What counts as a translated design?+

One frame translated into one language. A frame translated into 3 languages counts as 3 translated designs. Your original frame is never counted.

What happens when I reach my monthly limit?+

The plugin stops creating new translated designs until your next month starts. Designs you already translated stay in your file. Solo includes 300 translated designs a month and Agency includes 3,000, shared by the team. If you need more than 3,000 a month or more than 10 users, talk to us about Custom pricing.

Can I switch plans?+

Yes. Switch between Solo and Agency in the customer portal; the difference is prorated and the new limit applies straight away. For Custom, email hello@localized.design.

Do I need my own AI key?+

No. Translation is included in your plan. You do not need an OpenRouter key or any other AI account.

Which currency do you charge in?+

Euros (EUR). Solo is €19.99 per month and Agency is €99 per month. VAT is added where it applies; businesses can enter a VAT ID at checkout.

How do I get my license key?+

Right after checkout the welcome page shows your key, and we email it to you. Paste it in the plugin under Settings → License key.

How do I cancel?+

Cancel any time in the customer portal, where you also update your card and download invoices. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. See the terms.
