The rules for using Localized and paying for a subscription, in plain words. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Who we are
Localized is provided by Spring Digital Commerce LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA ("we"). By subscribing or using a Localized licence key, you agree to these terms. If you subscribe for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
The service
Localized is a Figma plugin that translates the text in frames you select and checks how the translation fits. Translations are produced by AI models and can contain mistakes. Review them before you publish, especially for legal, medical or regulated copy. Localized is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Figma.
Plans and allowance
- Solo: €19.99 per month, 1 user, up to 300 translated designs per month.
- Agency: €99 per month, up to 10 users, up to 3,000 translated designs per month, shared by the team.
- Custom: as agreed in writing.
One translated design is one frame translated into one language. The allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and unused designs do not carry over. A user is one Figma account; each user can have the key active on one device at a time.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in euros through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply. Your subscription renews every month until you cancel. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing date after that.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time in the customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and then your licence key stops working. We do not refund partial months. If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice or the plugin did not work for you in your first 14 days, write to hello@localized.design and we will make it right. This does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Plan changes
You can switch between Solo and Agency in the customer portal. Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the month. A new plan limit applies straight away.
Fair use
Your licence key is for you (Solo) or your team (Agency). Do not share it outside your plan's users, resell access, or use Localized to overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend a key that is misused, after telling you why when we can.
Your content
You keep all rights to your designs and text. You give us permission to process the text you send only to translate it for you, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to translate the content you send.
Availability
We work to keep Localized available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Figma, Stripe, OpenRouter or model providers can change or fail in ways outside our control.
Liability
Localized is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we update this page and the date above, and email subscribers about material changes before they apply.
